Driven by a passion to create better senior housing experiences, Live 2 B Healthy® owner Cory Czepa designed the program to encourage seniors of all abilities into enjoyable, sociable opportunities as well as improve strength and balance in a fun group setting. Live 2 B Healthy® senior fitness classes are taught by health professionals who know the proper exercise progressions to help seniors regain their balance, mobility, flexibility and strength.  Live 2 B Healthy is every Tuesday & Thursday at 11:00am in The Avenues Event Center.

The Nintendo Wii is all the craze in retirement communities, especially when it comes to 100 Pin Bowling! Wii is known for its sports games where players swing around a remote control to bowl, box, or play tennis on the screen. You can play sitting or standing, and yes, you really can work up a sweat. Players mimic the actions performed in real life sports, and control play with great accuracy & precision via the Wii Motion Plus controller. Wii 100 Pin Bowling will be Saturdays April 1st, 15th, & 29th at 11:00am in The Avenues Event Center.
