The Avenues offers 90 apartments and 14 cottages on its grounds. You will find a variety of spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, plus two- and three-bedroom cottage-style homes. There is a good range of layouts – 14 unique floor plans in total – that match space and lifestyle needs.

Apartments are modern and comfortable, with features like full kitchens, walk-in closets, and private patios or balconies. They are well-built, energy efficient, and spacious. There is. While The Avenues does not have onsite health care services, our concierge is available to help connect you with services, coordinate transportation, or just make everyday life a little easier.

Yes, many residents choose to age in place here. While it’s an independent living community, you can bring in outside services as needed, with help from the concierge.
